February 2020: HORISEN, a Swiss-based software house specializing in messaging technology, has completed the negotiations with Telia Carrier, a provider of network infrastructure and services for individuals and businesses to execute their most critical activities service providers.

According to the agreement that was signed, HORISEN will provide Telia Carrier with its messaging technology in order to support its international traffic and also retail messaging. As Telia is engaged to help mobile operators across different regions improve service quality by implementing special security systems leading to better monetization of the messaging service, HORISEN is engaged to empower messaging companies to improve the service quality of their messaging business.
