Six wins in Madrid bring HORISEN’s 2026 awards total to nine, making it the company’s most successful awards year to date
Madrid – Antonio Meucci Global Telco Awards 2026: HORISEN entered six categories. It left Madrid with six awards.
These awards recognize different parts of HORISEN – from the company’s complete messaging technology portfolio and individual platforms to customer experience and training.
Together with the three awards received earlier this year, the latest wins bring HORISEN’s 2026 total to nine industry awards, making the company’s 25th anniversary year its most successful awards year to date.
Earlier this year, HORISEN Business Messenger was named Gold Winner for Best Business Messaging Solution by Juniper Research, while the CC-Global Awards recognised HORISEN with Best SMS Platform Provider – Wholesale Solution and Best SMS Platform Provider – Retail Solution.
Madrid added another six:
- Best Solutions Provider – HORISEN’s complete messaging technology portfolio
- Best Wholesale Messaging Platform – HORISEN SMS Platform
- Best Enterprise Messaging Platform – HORISEN Business Messenger
- Best CPaaS & OTT Implementation – HORISEN Business Messenger
- State-of-the-Art Customer Experience – the complete HORISEN customer journey
- Best Training Department – HORISEN Training Department
Six very different categories. One result: six out of six.
The Complete HORISEN Portfolio Recognised
Among the six awards, Best Solutions Provider carries a particularly broad significance.
Rather than recognising a single product, the award acknowledges the strength of HORISEN’s complete messaging technology portfolio – spanning SMS trading and A2P messaging, business messaging, signalling and connectivity, MNP, inventory management and omnichannel routing, with the HORISEN Messaging Operating System (mOS) providing the operating layer that connects the portfolio.
For HORISEN, this makes the award an important validation of a strategy years in the making: developing specialised technologies for different parts of the messaging business while enabling them to work together as one connected environment.
The judges pointed to HORISEN’s long-standing, well-structured business and comprehensive platform, its ability to deliver real value to partners and customers, and the combination of technology with exceptional support and a commitment to go the extra mile.
In other words, this was not an award for one part of HORISEN technology. It was recognition of the bigger picture.
Number 12 for HORISEN SMS Platform
For HORISEN SMS Platform, Madrid brought another milestone.
Named Best Wholesale Messaging Platform, the win represents the 12th industry award for HORISEN’s wholesale SMS technology.
It continues a remarkable run of recognition stretching back to 2017. In 2025, HORISEN marked the platform’s tenth award; another CC-Global Award for Best SMS Platform Provider – Wholesale Solution followed in June 2026, before Madrid delivered number twelve.
Built on HORISEN’s own roots in wholesale messaging, SMS Platform brings routing, pricing, finance, monitoring, automation and security into a single environment for managing high-volume messaging operations.
The judges highlighted something behind the technology as well: HORISEN’s strong customer insight and deep telecom expertise, together with its understanding of customer needs, market dynamics and evolving industry challenges.
That makes award number 12 particularly fitting. The technology has evolved considerably; the industry knowledge behind it has been built over more than two decades.
Business Messenger: Two Awards, One Platform
HORISEN Business Messenger has had an equally exceptional 2026.
It began the year with the Gold Award for Best Business Messaging Solution at Juniper Research’s Future Digital Awards, where judges specifically recognised its omnichannel reach and use of AI-powered automation.
At the CC-Global Awards in June, HORISEN was then recognised for Best SMS Platform Provider – Retail Solution.
Now, in Madrid, Business Messenger has added Best Enterprise Messaging Platform and Best CPaaS & OTT Implementation.
Together, the recognitions tell a much broader story than any one category could: retail messaging, enterprise messaging, business messaging and CPaaS/OTT – recognised through one platform.
Business Messenger brings SMS, RCS, WhatsApp, Viber, Telegram, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, Email and Web Push together with campaign management, automation and two-way communication in a single environment.
The Antonio Meucci judges recognised HORISEN’s vision, innovation and professionalism, alongside strong customer focus and a clear roadmap for future growth. They also highlighted the stability and reliability of the solution and the long-term strategic thinking behind its development.
For a platform designed to evolve alongside a rapidly changing messaging market, recognition across several distinct categories is perhaps the strongest validation of all.
Recognition Beyond the Products
Not all six awards were about software.
HORISEN also received the State-of-the-Art Customer Experience award, recognising the complete journey customers have with the company – from their first conversations and implementation through training, everyday support and long-term cooperation.
The judges highlighted HORISEN’s strong customer-focused approach, innovative solutions, seamless processes and clear communication, as well as the importance of providing customers with a single point of contact.
The recognition reflects a principle that has remained central to HORISEN even as its technology portfolio has grown: sophisticated technology works best when the experience surrounding it is equally well designed.
Three Times Best Training Department
And then there is an award that is becoming something of a HORISEN tradition.
For the third time, HORISEN has been named Best Training Department.
HORISEN first received the Antonio Meucci recognition in 2023 and retained it in 2024. The 2026 win now makes it three.
Training is deliberately integrated into the HORISEN customer journey. Customers are not simply given access to technology; their teams are trained to understand it, operate it confidently and make effective use of its capabilities.
Winning once recognises an achievement. Being recognised three times speaks to consistency.
2026: Nine Awards and Counting
With six new awards from Madrid added to the three already received earlier this year, HORISEN has now collected nine industry awards in 2026 – more than in any previous year in the company’s history.
The numbers are worth celebrating. But what they represent matters more.
The complete portfolio was recognised.
The SMS Platform reached its 12th award.
Business Messenger was recognised across retail, enterprise, business messaging and CPaaS/OTT categories.
The customer journey was recognised.
And the Training Department received its third award.
For HORISEN CEO Fabrizio Salanitri, the breadth of that recognition is what makes the result particularly meaningful:
“Six awards from six categories is an extraordinary result for us, but what makes me most proud is what those six awards represent together. Our complete portfolio was recognised, our SMS Platform and Business Messenger were recognised, and so were our customer experience and our Training Department.
We have always believed that great technology alone is not enough. You need people who understand the industry, customers who challenge you to keep improving and a team that cares about what happens after the technology is delivered.
Nine awards already make 2026 our most successful awards year ever. In our 25th anniversary year, that is something the entire HORISEN team can be very proud of.”
The six Antonio Meucci Global Telco Awards add another chapter to a year already filled with milestones for HORISEN.
Six categories entered. Six awards won. Nine awards in 2026.
Not a bad way to celebrate 25 years of messaging technology.
