Flexible Log Access Designed for Real-Time Troubleshooting & Compliance
With Audit Log, HORISEN now enables flexible access to real-time logs, empowering teams to troubleshoot efficiently, comply with internal policies, and maintain system integrity without waiting on support intervention. These options are available:
Access Audit Log over Grafana GUI
Audit logs can be accessed through the Grafana GUI hosted on HORISEN side. In addition to access, users can filter logs based on predefined criteria, search log content using keywords, and monitor a graphical representation of log activity in real time.
Direct Integration with External Systems
Logs can be streamed in real time to the existing log management solution via Vector sink. This is the most efficient and scalable option – ideal for advanced monitoring, alerting, and custom dashboards.
Loki API Access
If direct integration is not possible, the internal team can retrieve logs through the Loki API using flexible queries. This offers instant access to the data you need without IP restrictions.
SFTP-Based Log Access
For teams that prefer file-based workflows, logs can be made available on a secure SFTP server. Once the IP address is whitelisted, you will receive secure credentials and can download files on demand. Logs are stored for a defined retention period.
All options support filtering by event type, user, API endpoint, HTTP method, and application module (e.g. Business Partners, Finance, Security). The period filter allows for any custom time range, while an auto-refresh toggle helps streamline live monitoring.
