YOUR PROFILE
The successful candidate will be an integral part of the Project Management team whose main responsibility is the coordination and completion of different projects for onboarding new customers, setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, monitoring and summarising progress for each project, as well as preparing different types of analytics reports for upper management.
Skill required
- University degree in Telecommunications or Engineering (or equivalent)
- Excellent English skills — both written and verbal
- Knowledge of GSM 2G/3G/4G networks and SMS technology
- Knowledge of networking, mobile and telecom technologies
- Good experience with SS7/SMS/MNP technologies
- Good knowledge of telco protocols SMPP/ SIGTRAN/Diamter/SIP and other
- Proven work experience as a Project Manager with a minimum of 3+ years
- Good Knowledge of AGILE/SCRUM methodologies and principles
- Good experience with Confluence, Jira and other PM tools
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Highly self-motivated, reliable and a good team player
- Ability to work effectively in high-stress situations
Role description
- Responsible for the full project life-cycle:
- Updating project management tool
- Gathering customer details
- Estimating and providing exact RFS
- Platform design
- Project plan design
- Migration plan
- Implementation
- Handover of new Platform to Support Team
- Participating in RFP/RFI
- Keeping all onboarding documentation up to date all the time (checklist, High-Level Design etc…)
- Constantly participating in the onboarding process improvements
- Being a primary technical interface between HORISEN and customers during the onboarding process
- Working closely c with all HORISEN stakeholders inside the organization
- Providing full technical assistance to HORISEN Sales/Pre-Sales/CRM teams
