The role of the Customer Relationship Manager is to manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success and client retention.


  • Proven work experience as Account Manager, KAM (Key Account Manager) or another relevant role
  • University degree in Economics or Business administration
  • Proven ability to handle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • Excellent English skills – both written and verbal
  • Excellent communication, listening and presentation skills
  • Proficient user of MS Office package
  • Customer orientation and quality thinking
  • Eagerness to work, resilience and a confident manner
  • Highly self-motivated and reliable

Considered a plus

  • Experience in software sales
  • Fluency in other foreign languages would be advantageous
